Awadhi sweet-making as fine art

In the heart of Lucknow, we preserve the slow, wood-fired traditions of royal confectioners. Every creation is a study in saffron, pure ghee, and ancestral patience.

Our Heritage

Ninety years of patience

Since the winter of 1930, our family has gathered around slow-burning wood fires in Lucknow. We reject modern haste, choosing instead the quiet discipline of hand-reduced milk and copper vessels.

Each recipe is an inherited manuscript, demanding precise temperatures and hours of stirring to coax the deep, caramelized notes unique to authentic Awadhi confectionery.

The Philosophy

An Awadhi sweet is a delicate geometry of hand-ground saffron, pure ghee, and time.
