The Malai Gilori

A delicate fold of slow-reduced milk cream, encasing a hidden heart of hand-ground pistachios, almonds, and pure saffron threads. A legendary Lucknowi creation that melts on the tongue.

Saffron-Infused Peda

Crafted over wood-fired fires in heavy brass kadhais precisely as we did decades ago, our milk is reduced for hours before being hand-kneaded with Kashmiri saffron and green cardamom.

Pistachio Lauj

A rich, diamond-cut confection of pure Iranian pistachios, ground by hand to preserve their natural oils and vibrant green hue, finished with a delicate whisper of edible silver leaf.
